Frequently Asked Questions

Is my registration a commitment to invest? +
No. Registering your interest is completely free and non-binding. It simply puts you on the priority investor list so you receive the PPM, webinar invitations, and fund updates before the general public. You are under no obligation to invest at any point.
When will I receive the PPM? +
The Private Placement Memorandum is expected to be issued in Q3–Q4 2026. As a registered investor, you will receive it before the public launch — giving you priority review time and the opportunity to secure anchor investor terms.
What is the minimum investment? +
The minimum investment is $1,000 for the Regulation CF (crowdfunding) phase, which is open to all investors. For the Regulation D 506(c) phase (accredited investors only), the minimum is $25,000. Both phases are part of EnKore Development Fund I.
Do I need to be an accredited investor? +
Not necessarily. Phase 1 of the fund raise is conducted under Regulation CF, which allows non-accredited investors to participate starting at $1,000. Phase 2 is a Regulation D 506(c) offering open only to verified accredited investors. You can register your interest regardless of your accreditation status.
How will I receive my returns? +
Returns are distributed according to the fund's waterfall structure. Investors receive their 8–10% preferred annual return first, then 100% of their invested capital is returned, and then profits are split 70/30 in favor of investors. Distributions are made as projects generate revenue or are sold, typically over a 3–5 year hold period.
