How to Add a New Project to the Fund Portfolio

When you add a project through this admin panel, it appears immediately on the public website's Projects section — no code changes, deployments, or server restarts required.

Go to Portfolio Projects

Click 🏗️ Projects in the left sidebar. The Portfolio Projects page lists all current fund projects with their status, asset type, location, fund allocation %, and investor interest count.

Plan first: Review existing project allocations before adding. All active project allocations should ideally sum to 100%.

Click "+ Add Project"

Click the gold + Add Project button in the top-right of the Projects page. A modal form opens with 13 fields — only Project Name is required.

Complete the Project Form

Fill in the fields below. All fields except Project Name are optional but strongly recommended for a complete public listing.

Click "Save Project"

Click the gold Save Project button. The modal closes automatically on success — no separate confirmation is shown. The projects list refreshes immediately with the new entry.

To cancel: Click Cancel or the icon. No data is saved until Save Project is clicked.

Verify on the Public Site

Click 🌐 View Public Site at the bottom of the sidebar. Scroll to the Projects section and confirm the new card appears with the correct name, badge, description, return profile, and allocation.

Not appearing? Ensure Status is set to Active. If correct, hard-refresh the public page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).

Edit, Hide, or Delete a Project

  • Edit — Click the Edit button on any project row. The same form opens pre-filled. Make changes and click Save Project.
  • Hide temporarily — Click Edit, change Status to Hidden, and save. The project disappears from the public site but stays in the system.
  • Delete permanently — Click the Delete button. A confirmation prompt appears. This cannot be undone. Use Hidden status if you might need the project again.

How to Manage Investor Registrations

View, search, filter, update pipeline status, add notes, and export all investor interest registrations submitted through the public website form.

Open Investor Registrations

Click 👥 Investors in the sidebar. The badge next to it shows the total registration count. The table lists every investor with name, email, phone, location, accreditation status, investment range, project interest, pipeline status, and registration date.

Search and Filter

Use the search bar to find investors by name, email, or city in real time. Use the Status dropdown to filter by pipeline stage. Both filters can be used together.

View Full Investor Details

Click the ✏️ edit icon on any row to open the full investor detail modal. This shows all submitted form fields including comments, project selections, referral source, and any uploaded accreditation document link.

Update Status and Add Notes

In the investor detail modal, update the Pipeline Status dropdown to track your outreach progress. Add Internal Admin Notes visible only to the admin team. Click Save Changes.

Export All Data to CSV

Click the ⬇ Export CSV button in the top-right of the Investors page to download a complete spreadsheet of all investor registrations. The file includes all 17 fields and is compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and any CRM import tool.

Click ⚙️ Fund Settings in the sidebar. The page shows two sections: Fund Parameters and Contact & Social.

Click "Save All Settings"

Click the gold Save All Settings button at the bottom of the page. A green confirmation banner confirms the save. Changes are stored immediately in the database.

How to Manage Admin Users

Create additional admin accounts, assign roles, change passwords, and remove users who no longer need access to the dashboard.

Open Admin Users

Click 🔐 Admin Users in the sidebar. The table lists all admin accounts with username, email, role, and creation date. The Role Permissions table below it shows what each role can access.

Add a New Admin

Click + Add Admin in the top-right. Fill in the username, email address, role, and a strong password, then click Save.

Change a Password

Click the 🔑 key icon next to any admin user. Enter the new password and click Save. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

⚠️
Change the default password now. The default password (EnKore@Admin2024!) must be changed immediately. Click the 🔑 icon next to your account and set a strong unique password.

Remove an Admin

Click the 🗑️ delete icon next to any admin user. A confirmation prompt appears. You cannot delete your own account — this prevents accidental lockout. Always ensure at least one Super Admin account remains active.
