Step-by-step guides for every admin task on the EnKore Capital platform
How to Add a New Project to the Fund Portfolio
When you add a project through this admin panel, it appears immediately on the public website's Projects section — no code changes, deployments, or server restarts required.
Go to Portfolio Projects
Click 🏗️ Projects in the left sidebar. The Portfolio Projects page lists all current fund projects with their status, asset type, location, fund allocation %, and investor interest count.
Click "+ Add Project"
Click the gold + Add Project button in the top-right of the Projects page. A modal form opens with 13 fields — only Project Name is required.
Complete the Project Form
Fill in the fields below. All fields except Project Name are optional but strongly recommended for a complete public listing.
| Field | What It Does | Example Value |
|---|---|---|
Project Name Required | Primary display name on the project card and admin list. Keep it concise (3–6 words). | Midtown Mixed-Use Tower |
Location | Geographic location shown as a sub-label in the card header. | Atlanta, GA (Midtown) |
Asset Type | Real estate asset class. Used for the Sort by Type filter on the public site. | Mixed-Use Development |
Badge Label | Short highlight shown as a gold pill badge at the top of the project card. | Phase 1 — Reg CF |
Status | Active = visible publicly. Hidden = not shown. Closed = visible but no longer raising capital. | Active (default) |
Sort Order | Controls display order. Lower numbers appear first. Existing projects use 1–5; use 6+ for new ones. | 6 |
Description | Full project narrative on the public card. Aim for 100–150 words: what it is, why the location, and the development thesis. | A ground-up development of… |
Return Profile | Short expected investor return summary shown prominently on the card. | 9–12% preferred return + equity upside |
Development Type | Development strategy shown as a tag on the card. | Ground-Up Development |
Timeline | Estimated duration from start to stabilization or exit. | 36–48 months to stabilization |
Risk Level | Qualitative risk assessment shown as a tag on the card. | Moderate, Moderate-High |
Fund Allocation (%) | Percentage of total fund capital for this project. Shown on the card footer and in the analytics doughnut chart. | 25 |
Investors Interested | Social proof count shown on the card. Update manually as registrations come in for this project. | 0 (start) |
Click "Save Project"
Click the gold Save Project button. The modal closes automatically on success — no separate confirmation is shown. The projects list refreshes immediately with the new entry.
Verify on the Public Site
Click 🌐 View Public Site at the bottom of the sidebar. Scroll to the Projects section and confirm the new card appears with the correct name, badge, description, return profile, and allocation.
Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).Edit, Hide, or Delete a Project
- Edit — Click the Edit button on any project row. The same form opens pre-filled. Make changes and click Save Project.
- Hide temporarily — Click Edit, change Status to Hidden, and save. The project disappears from the public site but stays in the system.
- Delete permanently — Click the Delete button. A confirmation prompt appears. This cannot be undone. Use Hidden status if you might need the project again.
