The project is organized into four development zones: Zone A — the Signature D Building Gateway (~45 acres), a 100,000 SF horizontal landmark; Zone B — 18 Pillars of Power (~65 acres), a championship golf course; Zone C — Entertainment (~85 acres); and Zone D — Mixed-Use Core (~116 acres).
