Is this a legal commitment to invest?
No. This is a non-binding soft commitment only. No money changes hands at this stage. You are simply expressing your investment interest.
Do I need to be registered first?
Yes. You must have previously registered your investor interest at enkorecapital.com. Your email address must match your registration.
What is the minimum pledge amount?
The minimum is $1,000 for the Regulation CF phase and $25,000 for the Regulation D 506(c) phase. Accredited investors only for the Reg D phase.
Can I update my pledge amount later?
Yes. Simply submit this form again with your email and new amount. Your previous pledge will be replaced.
When will I be asked to actually invest?
When the fund formally opens for subscriptions (expected Q3–Q4 2026), you will receive the PPM and subscription agreement. Only then will any money change hands.
